Symptoms
Installer evidence based on the Host:HostedSoftware:InstalledSoftware:Package relationship in BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) is not imported by FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2 when using an ADDM staging database with schema version 1.10 or later. This leads to installations of applications not being recognized by FlexNet Manager Suite when they should be.
Cause
This issue is caused by defective logic in the installer evidence reader procedures contained in the FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2 ADDM adapter.

Contact Flexera Support to enquire about whether a hotfix for this issue may be suitable to deploy.
