We are pleased to inform you that the May 2021 update (release number 2020 R2.4) of FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud (ITAM/Flexera One) is deployed to UAT environments on April 30th and to the production environment in Europe on 14th May. We are planning to upgrade the production environment in North America on May 20th.
Please note upgrade schedule is subject to change, you will be notified in the event that we need to modify the upgrade schedule date. If you have any questions about this release or upgrade, please ask through the community or contact Customer Support.

This release is for FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud (ITAM/Flexera One) only and these changes will be rolled into the next On-Premises release – FlexNet Manager Suite On-Premises 2021 R1.

Note: FlexNet inventory agent and beacon version R2.4 is not deployed part of the May cloud update. June cloud update will have updated FlexNet inventory agent and beacon.
