The Application Recognition Library (ARL) #2433, released on July 1st, 2019 contains an error affecting the following Oracle applications.
- Oracle Database 11g R1 Enterprise
- Oracle Database 11g R1 Enterprise
- Oracle Database 12c R1 Enterprise
- Oracle Database 12c R1 Standard
- Oracle Database 12c R1 Standard Edition 2
- Oracle Database 12c R2 Enterprise
Applying ARL #2438 or later will rectify this issue.
If you are using ARL #2433, you will experience erroneous consumption counts for these applications if you have applied this update to your on-premises installation of FlexNet Manager Suite.
The production environments of FlexNet Manager Suite cloud were not affected by this error.
