The Application Recognition Library (ARL) #2441, released on July 26th, 2019 has been identified with an issue impacting the linking of SQL Server Enterprise applications to licenses. Symptoms that may be observed including SQL Server Enterprise applications being unexpectedly unlinked from licenses when ARL version #2441 was installed, and consequently license consumption for SQL Server Enterprise licenses may be unexpectedly low.
A new build 2442 should help you rectify this issue. SQL Server Enterprise links to licenses are expected to be restored automatically when the updated build is applied to FlexNet systems.
