Directly after logging in to Flexnet Manager using an administrative account an error message is displayed on the screen.
"No Permissions.You do not have permission to access any page. Please contact the FLEXnet administrator"

Discussion

Additional information on the configuration is below and the error will still be present:

1) The admin account is correct.
2) There are no error message left in flexnet.log file even it is at DEBUG level.

Workaround

There are several causes of this error message, the information below outlines how to resolve the issue:

1: Ensure the license file is complete in the "<AdminInstallDIR>/config/license" folder and matches the license file used for reporting.

2: Ensure the hostname of the manchine where FlexNet Manager is installed matches the hostname listed in the license file.

3: The HOSTNAME for the machine listed in the license file needs to be changed to the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). The license can be re-hosted by logging into the Product and License Center (https://flexerasoftware.subscribenet.com/).

Note: Please restart the services once the license file has been updated.
