Operators linked to a Customer Role cannot change their Password

Example:
Role called "HelpDesk". users/operators assigned this role can't change their password

If they go to "My Account" they get this error:

We have a problem.
403: Unauthorized


Discussion

To be able to access the My Account page the role must have the setting Configure operators of FlexNet Manager Platform under the Administration section set to Allow.

Hi,

I do have one customer that even with those flags checked can´t change his password, keeps saying that Member or account associated with email :xxxxxxxxx does not have the rigth information or permissions in the system.

 I already double checked the roles and i cannot explain the behaviour that the customer is reporting.

What could be the issue?
