Example:
Role called "HelpDesk". users/operators assigned this role can't change their password

If they go to "My Account" they get this error:

We have a problem.
403: Unauthorized


Discussion

To be able to access the My Account page the role must have the setting Configure operators of FlexNet Manager Platform under the Administration section set to Allow.
