Description:
Unable to rotate the report logs – Agent couldn’t send the files to Admin.
Below is the error message in debug.log of the Agent at <FNMEA Agent install dir>\logs

Resolution:
- Stop the Agent
- Take a backup of config.properties file at <FNMEA Agent install dir>\conf
- Edit config.properties file, please update "managerProtocol" value to "http" and save the file
- Start the Agent
