A timeout error can occur in the ?'InsertRelevantUsageFilesWithoutWildcards' stage of the Compliance Import.

Cause
This is caused by an error in the Usage.xml reader file.
Resolution
To resolve this, please replace the following file with the attached version: %ProgramData%\Flexera Software\Compliance\ImportProcedures\Inventory\Reader\ManageSoft\Usage.xml
