Summary
This article addresses the following error: "Failed to login to the Flexera Service Gateway"
Symptoms
When attempting to apply the registration between FlexNet Manager Suite web API and Flexera Service Gateway, you receive the following error stating:
"Failed to login to the Flexera Service Gateway"
Cause
When registering, the gateway uses a default set of credentials.
Resolution
The gateway uses the following credentials by default:
Username = admin
Password = password
