Data Module not collected for several SAP Dependent System when using the Staging Database Monitor
Symptoms
When running a Database Staging Monitor request against Dependent SAP Systems, Module Data is not being collected.
Cause
Module Data is dependent on Consumption Data. If either collecting Consumption Data was not checked, failed, or if the selected months did not have any Consumption, Module Data will not be collected.
Resolution
Please validate the following in order to have Module Data collected:
- The Consumption checkmark was selected in the Database Staging Monitor
- Your target SAP Systems had Consumption in the selected months
- The Consumption collection was successful, by looking at the Database Staging Logs
