Import from Tivoli Endpoint Manager incorrectly recognized all versions of an application

Description

When importing installer evidence from Tivoli Endpoint Manager, every version of an application can show as being installed if the evidence does not contain a version number and the display name is identical.

Replication Scenario

For Tivoli, the version is not compared if the value is empty and the publisher is never included, as Tivoli does not send the publisher data.
As the result, only the installer evidence name is compared, so all ARL entries with the same name will show up as recognized.

Workaround

No workaround is available.

Resolution

The bug is reported under IOJ-2176608.

The issue will be resolved in the version below:

Cloud: FNMS 2020 R2.5
On-premise: FNMS 2021 R1
