Hello Flexera Community,

Earlier this year, we shared our plans to invite you to join us on a new and improved community site for our combined Flexera and Snow Globe Community. We can now share that the launch of the new site will be on November 25th, 2024!

Important!

To prepare for the launch, the Flexera Community will enter maintenance mode starting at 5:00 PM PST on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, until the launch is complete Monday, November 25th, 2024.

Important: Community posts created after November 19th will not be migrated to the new community.

During the maintenance period, your Flexera Community experience will be limited. You will be unable to:

  • Register or log in
  • Post to the community
  • Create support cases or access the case portal
  • Access Flexera’s other self-service sites like the Learning Center, Product & Licensing Center, or Partner Hub

However, you will still be able to access the Flexera Community to review public information such as knowledge articles, blogs, or forum posts.

The Flexera Support team will still be available for critical issues during this time. You can reach out by phone per your support contract details with Flexera.

When the new community is live, you may be prompted to reset your password upon logging in.

We will post another update as we near the launch date of the new site. Stay tuned!

As a reminder, during this time you will be unable to:

  • Register or log in
