ndtrack command

When running ndtrack manually via the command line on a Windows agent device, follow these steps to locate the log file.

  1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and use the CD command to locate the following directory:

Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft\Tracker

  1. Run the following command:

ndtrack.exe -t machine

  1. You’ll find the updated tracker.log in the temp directory of the user that executed the command:

Users\<AccountThatRanTheCommand>\AppData\Local\Temp\ManageSoft

mgspolicy command

When running mgspolicy manually via the command line on a Windows agent device, follow these steps to locate the log file.

  1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and use the CD command to locate the following directory:

Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft\Policy Client

  1. Run the following command:

mgspolicy.exe -t machine

  1. You’ll find the updated installation.log in the temp directory of the user that executed the command:

Users\<AccountThatRanTheCommand>\AppData\Local\Temp\ManageSoft
