If your Compliance Trend report generates blank, there are a couple of things you can initially troubleshoot for:
- Spelling errors: Verify database names are spelled correctly and make corrections if needed.
For example, the Compliance Trend report looks for the entry “FNMSDataWarehouse.” If this is misspelled, the report will generate blank.
- Matching resource strings: Ensure all resource strings in the Compliance Database match the strings in the two tables of the Data Warehouse database.
For example, if the entries in the GroupEX_MT table in the Compliance Database don’t match the entries in the Data Warehouse database tables (ComplianceResourceString and ResourceStringCultureType), the Compliance Trend report will generate blank.
