sign in failure at web ui when trying first login after installation

I encountered sign in failure when i tried firstly sign in after installation.

my version of FNMS is FNMS 2019 R1, MSSQL 2012. 

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi @gotqcorp 

Have you activated the license? You need to activate the license first. 

If license is activated, can you run below query against compliance database:

SELECT * FROM ComplianceOperator

Make sure you are using same user and password.

Can I contact someone who can issue the POC license temporarily using?
