ndtrach.sh run on DB Host returned only one NDI file

Hello,

We can ndtrack.sh agent on Linux DB Host without any timeout parameter. Script ran but generated only one NDI file like "System_on_<MachineName>.ndi" but the second NDI file is not generated which would list down usage at DB instance level. What could be reason? What can be done to make sure second NDI file gets generated? Attached is the tracker.log file after execution. Please advise.

Thanks

Vinod

Make sure that you have the following 3 files:

  1. ndtrack.sh
  2. ndtrack.ini
  3. InventorySettings.xml

Run the following command as sudo to root

Run the following command:

./ndtrack.sh -t machine -o IncludeDirectory=/ -o Upload=false

You should see the NDI files in the following folder, including the Oracle NDI file.

/var/tmp/flexera/uploads/Inventories
