manual Reconcile fail to run

Hi,

When i try to run the reconcile in the FNMS health check in test environment. i am getting the error message and error message attached in the post.

Please help us to solve the error, why we are getting this error. in production enviroment and dev environment it is working fine.

Please verify the logs for your WebUI.

What kind of implementation do you have, on prem or cloud?

Because if it's on prem you can check the webui.log file and search for the error, base on that we can investigate further.

If it's on cloud, you need to ask support to investigate this.

Hi, Please take note that webui.log is daily created, so if the error appears on other day that the one that you checked it, please search the log related to that day. Without further information from log file, we can't help you further. Eventually please try to recreate the error today, and then check the log file.

Stop the service in End task and restart the Flexera services in application server then it will work.
