installer evidence type IA

Hi Team

We have an application reported by FNMS (2021R1 On prem) as installed with installer evidence > Raw evidence type = IA. and there are no other corresponding file evidence either. however, the user claims the device does not have any trace of that particular application.

How can we provide more info/ investigate what the source/path of this installation is?

Generally, "IA" evidence is captured from an InstallAnywhere registry file on the machine.
