create a relationship between the “instance ID” and the cost information in Azure

Is there an easy way to create a relationship between the “instance ID” and the cost information in Azure. DO we have an option to configure the call made via the Azure API to add the cost information?

This is not something that FlexNet Manager/Flexera One ITAM is designed to manage.  If you want to manage/optimize your Azure Cloud Infrastructure cost (or Amazon, Google, etc.) that you should speak to your Flexera account team and get an overview of the Flexera Cloud Cost Optimization product.
