Solved: XenApp version 4.15

Flexera documentation states that versions 6.0, 6.5, 7.5-7.9, 7.11–7.17 (XenApp), 7.1808–7.2112 , doesn't mention version 4.15.

Is there any documentation on version 4.15 or a workaround ?

Hi Agustin, thanks for reaching out on the Community here.

I took a look through our Adapters Reference as far back as I could find, 2015.
I can see we still only supported 6.0+ there. (https://docs.flexera.com/fnms2015r2sp5/onpremises/FlexNet%20Manager%20Suite%20Adapters%20Reference.pdf)

I suspect the XenAppAgent relies on particular code which isn't available in earlier versions, hence the Agent not supporting it.
My concern would also be that even if you could generate such inventory, it might not be able to be imported into a modern FNMS or ITAM system.

Are you sure you have the right product name and version here?

The oldest version of a product using the "XenApp" name listed on the following page is "XenApp for Windows Server 2008 version 5", and reached end of life in 2015: https://www.citrix.com/support/product-lifecycle/legacy-product-matrix.html
