What restrictions can license files impose

Hi there,

So we manage a bunch (~20) vendor daemons. Does anyone have knowledge of the restrictions available to the vendors for the products they are issuing keys for. For example can vendors impose the following restrictions:

- Who can use this this product - Yes.
- What machine can use this product - Yes
- How many users can use this product - Yes
- Where (geographically by timezone) can use this product - Yes ??
- What platform (Linux-32/64, Solaris) can use this product - I think so??

What other restrictions can be placed on licenses?
