Users with Admin role unable to login into Suite

Hi Forum,

Hope and and wish you all are healthy and staying safe.

We have a on-prem 2020R1 setup and have 2 admin accounts(1service account and 1 user) on the suite. Today when trying to access the suite we are unable to login and it says

"Sign In Failure

Your account does not allow you to access FlexNet Manager Suite. Please contact your administrator to ensure that your account is correctly assigned to a role such as Operator or a View-only reports user".
"Unexpected error

Sorry, but something unpleasant has happened. Please let us know what you were trying to do so that we can fix the problem. We suggest starting again from the dashboard, or trying again later."

We have checked the dbo.ComplianceOperator and the 2 accounts are in enabled state and with interactive login enabled, but still unable to login into the suite with both the accounts. we don't have any other users available to check if they were able to login.

We have verified the application server IIS logs and see the url is having /Failure/norole at the end of the url.

Please suggest what can be done to further troubleshoot this issue and resolve this.

Regards

Open the activation wizard and make sure your license is still valid. You can sometimes see this error when the license has expired

Hi @tjohnson1 ,

The license got expired and thought it might be a perpetual license for on-prem , thanks.
