Savings through product use rights report - understanding Output

Dears,

I am trying to understand the output of savings through product use rights, but having a hard time to comprehend the output as I need to explain this to a client with an example.

Could someone please help me with an example that I can use to explain the output in this report and how this report can benefit the client.

The design idea of this specific report is to assist you highlight the value of the product use rights library subscribed to from Flexera by highlighting some areas where downgrade/upgrade rights, secondary use rights, etc. automatically have been applied and as such provided benefits (savings) in optimization of software licenses. I've exemplified it by focusing on secondary use rights having been applied in below screen shot by filtering on 'Second use > 0':
