SOA Management 11g classification change

Hi ,

I had a query regarding a product called SOA Management 11g. Before November 2020 this product was classified by Flexera as commercial but after that the classification changed to component.  Why this happened ? also, if the product is now a component as i am no oracle expert can i know SOA Management 11g is part of which parent oracle product?

The Flexera content team checked with our Oracle licensing SME's and got confirmed that SOA Management 11g is correctly classified as a component which as you have observed was corrected in the content back in November 2020.

If you're in doubt you should reach out to Oracle, but in general I would refer to the Oracle Technology Global Price List where SOA Management Enterprise Edition as a component is included with Application Server Enterprise Management:
