Reporting on Raw Evidence type

Hi Guys,

On the Flexera cloud implementation of FNMS/ITAM - are we able to report on Raw Evidence type? 

As I cannot seem to find the Raw Evidence type listed in the reporting module, unless I am missing something here? 

My scenario is as below I can see two installs of an application, one of which has uninstall information only, and I would like to build a report showing all uninstall only information on this application to determine whether this is a false positive and the uninstaller routine has not finished cleanly.
