Query regarding manual declaration for oracle licenses

Prelude: We already have licenses created in Flexera, as part of the Oracle entitlement.

Problem Statement: The list of licenses cannot be discovered by Flexera. Not even the vendor's scripts can discover installations of these licenses. In order to track down the usage, we are checking with the business owner who provides us a manual declaration input. Although Flexera cannot discover installations, we still want to obtain the ELP using the declarations received.

Question: How do we manually import into Flexera details about consumption?

You haven't described the Oracle license types (or metrics) for which discovery of the consumption isn't possible, and also whether the these devices are included in your inventory scope or not. I think that it may be beneficial for the forum members to have some more details before being able to provide guidance on whether one-off uploads would be an option, etc.
