Possible issues for this beacon

On all my beacons it shows an error "Last download of packages for managed devices failed. Check the log file on the beacon server." Can someone please point me in the right direction where to start. I am new to FNMS.

Hi FrediG,

Welcome to the world of FNMS!

You can find beacon logs in subdirectories under the C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging directory on the beacon. Take a look through the various directories there, and look at the latest files (sort by timestamp) to get familiar with them.

I would guess that you're likely to find an indication of what is going wrong here in the BeaconEngine log files.
