Hi @bharath_malli 

In general for ARL creation request , the Flexera team will recommend you opening a support case as content submission. Ideally if you could add some unrecognized evidence of the application you are particularly interested in so that the ARL library team will add your evidence into future release.

Please raise the ticket after that you need to provide the details to Flexera then software team will append this information in ARL. It will take time to fix this issue.
