Oracle transparency for MSP

Hi,

we are in the middle of upgrading our multi-tenant FlexNet Manager Suite environment for MSPs to the latest release 2020 R1 and are facing some strange behavior in regards to the newly introduced Oracle transparency functionality within the Oracle view in our Web UI. When we click on the detailed option link only one new windows with asking for some tenant information shows up and no additional Oracle information. Would there be some specific configuration step we are missing here or how can we get this to work?

I know that you're already working with support on this known issue.
