Oracle Database Appliance
Are there any methods for gathering Oracle inventory from Oracle Database Appliance? i.e. flexnet agent, zero-footprint, etc. My understanding is that Oracle Database Appliance runs on Oracle Linux OS, but I am not sure if the inventory process/permissions would differ from those specified in the FlexNet Manager System Reference document.

Re: Oracle Database Appliance
I know we have agents deployed to Exalytics hardware (ORACLE SERVER X5-4) running Oracle Linux 8.

Re: Oracle Database Appliance
Hi,
For the database part, the Oracle legacy inventory should work. In the is case the inventory is taken by connectingt to the DB using Oracle DB drivers. Problem is that you'll need a machine inventory as well. Without the machine inventory the Oracle part won't show up in the WebUI.
