One-off upload pending too long

Hi, I tried to use one-off upload with csv file, but it has been pending over 1 day. This is error on system task and data inputs

The last 2 tasks always pending

 After uploading, I clicked Make primary, but connection status changed to disable automatically

 By the way, at System Health Dashboard, ARL update date is not updated, but in mgsImportRecognition.log and recognition.log, ARL, PURL, SKU are updated normally.

What should I do? Thank you for your help.

It's not completely clear to me what your challenges are based on above, but you can try to check the log files and see what may have caused a "hung state" of the import(s) if you're still experiencing this...
