O365 struck at in progress post upgrade

Hi Forum,

We have recently updated our prod instance to 2023 R1, later to that we have observed that O365 connection is taking too much time to complete. It's been more than 9 works still the task is "in progress".

What can be done in this scenario? Do I need to stop the connection? (then how ?) and re-run the task again?

@Resh_wabtec : I do not remember the name of the executable that runs the inventory import connections, but you should check for those in the task manager. If there are multiple of those, then kill them all and re-run the import. If you have not tried restarting the machine, that could also be worth a try.
