License and Inventory Question

Hi Dear Community,

I have two questions:-

1) I am working with FNMS cloud solution and would want to automate license creation in FNMS.
Any prescribed approach suggestions for the same would be appreciated.

2) I have created inventory devices via the Remedy CMDB business adapter - The devices have been created in UAT for cloud FNMS, however I don't see the application tab existing on the inventory device in all inventory page? Any suggestion here would be real helpful!

Hi @Cloaky 

1. Automation of license creation from PO's is the same in cloud as it is on premise. Set your system settings, purchases tab for the vendor you want to deal with.

2. I am not familiar with the BMC connector, but it is likely you have not imported any application information for these devices.
