Is there a way to kill Recon and Inventory adapters on Cloud instance?

Hi,

Is there a option to kill Recon and/or Inventory adapters which are running from long time? We are on Cloud instance as of now but would like to know if its possible On-Cloud Vs On-Premise implementation?

Inventory import & reconcile processes can be killed in FlexNet On-premises systems, but for FlexNet Cloud only the Flexera Operations team would have access to do this sort of thing.

Hi Chris,
I saw a private message from you but not sure how to respond it via email, hence writing it here. We are observing very sluggish performance in our Credit Suisse FNMS instance. Is there a option to see long running processes and kill them if they are not processing data? Thank you.
