Is inventory Adapter Studio still supported for cloud customers? I saw a forum thread from 2019 stating that it was but just wanted to confirm if that's still the case.

Yes, the Inventory Adapter Studio can be used to configure object inventory adapters for use with Flexera One ITAM. Documentation is available here: The Inventory Adapter Studio.
