Import Inventory (during reconciliation) stuck in pending state

Hello Experts!


We have recenty migrated our app and db server to new domain (same server names) and upgraded the FNMS environment from 2019R1 to 2022R2. Updated compliance connection table and batch processor table as well. but reconciliation process getting stuck to PENDING at "import inventory" stage. However, reconciliation is working fine on current prod environment (2019R1) with no errors.

Please help us with the solution.

Thanks for reaching out via the Community.
Looking at your importer log, we can see a FATAL error being thrown on Production, here:

2023-04-05 15:18:25,447 [FATAL] Error occurred while saving log file. Exception: Illegal characters in path.

The logging technology utilised changed between 2022R1 and 2022R2.
We switched from log4net to nlog.
I'm wondering if the ComplianceReader.config format change may have impacted your environment here.
Could you provide a copy of that config, and confirm the defined log file location?
