Frequent reinstallation of flexnet agent to have few servers continiously report to Flexera

For some of the Windows and Unix server I have to uninstall the flexnet agent and install it again to get the servers report to Flexera. It works for ~3 to 7 days then again thsese servers stop reporting in Flexera. Again I have to uninstall and reinstall the flexnet agent. Can someone please help. Many thanks in advance

There are a number of things that could be happening to result in this behaviour you've described - e.g. loss of connectivity from your agent to any available beacons, or perhaps there is an error occurring earlier on in the inventory process.

I would advise you to check the tracker.log for an impacted device when it stops reporting, this may provide some insight as to what's going wrong. Default locations below:

Windows: C:\Windows\Temp\ManageSoft
Unix: /var/opt/managesoft/log
