We do have some, but not all, of the FNMS documentation available in French.
You can access the documentation in French by navigating the documentation, using the Other Resources dropdown > Documentation. From the documentation hub, you can select the product and version that you are looking for, as well as the language of that documentation.
The available languages are English, Japanese, German, Spanish and French.
