Flexera - Cognos Event Studio

I had a requirement from one customer to send event notifications on various FNMS events  ( like task failures etc)

As the FNMS is not having this feature , thought of using the Cognos event studio.

But i cant find the feature enabled in the cognos  version i have.

Is this because of the limitations with OEM license that we have with FNMS ?

Is there any way we can get this feature enabled ?

Please refer to IBM documentation: Enabling Legacy Studios in Cognos Analytics 11 on how to enable Event Studio, etc. After having done this you should be able to use this feature from the + (plus) sign and selecting Others:
