FlexNet Manager Suite-2019 R2 -on premises issue in upgrading the license libraries

Hi Team,

We are currently on FlexNet Manager Suite 2019 R2 and we are trying to upgrade the license libraries to the newly released version. As we don't have internet connection inside application server, we have manually downloaded the upgrade files and copied it in application server.

When trying to perform the MgsImport, we are getting a failure message as below.

Please help us to fix this issue.

(1) Solution

Hi Anna,

i would suggest to check if the relevant digital certificates related to the .cab files are being verified which might need connectivity to the certifying authority urls. As there is no internet its getting failed and I would suggest you to install the certificates manually by downloading the digital certificate from the content library packages  and then try importing the content library files. Please go through the KB and thread which might help resolving your issue.

Regards,

Hi @winvarma ,

Thanks for the update.

We have manually downloaded and installed the certificates in our application server and still we are getting the same error.

As we don't have the internet connection inside the application server,  we have manually downloaded the files to our local computer and then we have copied it to our application server.

Hi

Please find the attached screenshots. Please help.

Hi @winvarma ,

Thank you so much for your help. We have installed the certificate 'DigiCert Assured ID for root CA' and this has fixed the issue. Earlier we were checking on the 'Digicert High Assurance Code Singning CA-1' instead.
