Enterprise Location Description Field - How to auto populate?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if the description field can be auto populated?

With over 700+ locations I would be reduced to tears doing it manually.

I wish to put the location postcode in this field to give us the ability to cross reference other systems that have location names that differ from Flexnet Manager Suite locations.

I am aware that the Enterprise Locations are populated from the IPlocation.xls spreadsheet.

Can a column be added to this sheet to populate the description field? If yes what is the column header name?

I want to make sure I understand your question, are you asking if you can automate the setting of the description field on the Locations under the Enterprise tab? 

If this is your question a business adapter can be used for this.

I would like to populate the field in 1 go if possible. I have a cross matched sheet with all the postcodes on. I could easily add it as a column to the iplocation sheet, if that's where the system populates the field from. My current iplocation sheet does not have a description column.
