Domain mismatch/missing in flexera

Hi Team,
We observed there are domain mismatches/ missing for servers in Flexera when compared with CMDB. Want to know the reason why this happened. How can we resolve this issue? Please share if you have any documentation related to this issue. Any help on this request is greatly appreciated.

Domain information is imported into FlexNet Manager Suite / Flexera One ITAM from whatever inventory source you have configured. If you use the FlexNet inventory agent to gather inventory then the domain details are obtained by querying relevant operating system details (such as the Win32_ComputerSystem.Domain WMI property on Windows).

If you are seeing different domain details in the CMDB then that may indicate whatever data source the CMDB is using for this information is different from what FlexNet Manager Suite / Flexera One ITAM is using.
