Customize FNMS dashboard as per usage

Why can't we customize the dashboard as per out usage.Same dashboard would not be valuable for ueach user, it would be great if we can put the things that are our favourite instaed of clicking over saveral tabs. Please make it simple!!

Dashboard customization is a feature which has been requested repeatedly in the past. Would you mind adding it to this existing blog posting?
