Citrix Staging Database Question

We currently have a staging DB for each one of our Citrix farms. This was implemented before I became part of the team. Is there an advantage to doing it this way or would it be just as useful to have all the farms stage to one DB?

There is no requirement to have separate staging DB's - you could have one single staging db and have all data collected from different farms submit data to that one db.   

The primary reason to opt for multiple staging db's would be because of network access, i.e. so a staging db is located close to the xenapp agent (& beacon).   

The other potential reason might be that you have a wide range of xenapp versions & it might be that the staging db schema from Flexera varies for older 6.x versus newer ones 7.x+  (not sure if that's true, but there is a stagingdb sql file that creates the db per version, so it would be worth checking).
