Certificate wildcard configuration
Hi,
we want to use a wildcard certificate, which was available for a specific domain, but all our Flexera servers are installed in a different domain (and for this domain we are not allowed to get a certificate). How do we have to configure this setup (either in the installation config file or in the registry) , when we want all of our FlexNet Inventory Agent devices using this wildcard certificate for communicating with our beacon servers?
Thanks & best regards
Oliver

I would look to configure DNS entries in the domain the certificate refers to for the beacons' IP addresses, and configure agents to use those DNS names.
