Beacon policy error

Hi,

We have implemented single tier FNMS application. Beacon has been installed and successfully connected to the FNMS. However the beacon is not able to download the policy from the FNMS. 

Also, we believe due to this reason, the agents are not able to download the policy from the beacons post installations.

Please find attached the corresponding errors while downloading the policy on beacons.

Hi @flexeranoob ,

Please verify if you have any proxy and if the clients were able to reach the Beacon server and the dns of the beacon is getting resolved from the clients and also verify the config file.

* enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in the Beacon server if its a cloud setup and do the same in few of the clients and then try to run the mgspolicy . 

*Check if you are able to telnet the beacon server from the end clients using the ports you configured for communication.
