Agent is not automatically generating new inventory files

I have a lot of agents that aren't generating new .ndi files. It worked for a while but now they just keep uploading the same old file. I can manually generate a new one with ndtrack and that one will upload without issue but it's not really a solution. I also noticed that all of the agents that stopped updating also don't have a tracker log file anymore either. I've tried removing and installing the agent again but that didn't help.

you may have to provide us with some logs to diagnose this further, if you want to do this in private I would suggest logging a ticket.

this aside, check to see if there is a schedule defined at the moment

to do this on the client machine open up an admin CMD and navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft\Schedule Agent
and run: ndschedag -t machine

if it comes back with results and next run times that pretty much verifies the policy is in place okay, if it does not this may be your main issue.

the upload part is best diagnosed in the upload log which you can find (amongst all the others) under "c:\windows\temp\managesoft"
