Re: ARL, SKU, PURL Import Error

Jump to solution

Hi @kclausen ,

1. We have downloaded the doc following the link. As per the document, we have copied the ARL file (i.e. "RecognitionAfter82") manually to the path "C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\FlexNet Manager Platform\DataImport\Content\ARL". However, we can still find that the ARL Import System task is still failing. After some time, the file is also getting removed from the said location automatically.

2. We have also tried running the following command line -- "ShadowHostWin.exe BatchProcessTask.exe run ARLImport". But, there was no status/feedback reflected in return. PFA for the screenshot.

3. We browsed for the error log and provided the same in the attachment. PFA.

Kindly let us know if you can find any resolution.

Thanks & regards,

Sourav

This is the same error message that you had initially reported, which means that the SQLCMD.EXE utility is still not installed correctly.

If you go into a command prompt, type in "SQLCMD.EXE" and press ENTER and receive the following message, it will confirm that SQLCMD.EXE is not correctly installed.

'sqlcmd.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

This message can mean that SQLCMD.EXE is not installed at all, or that it has been installed and the environment variable named PATH= has not been updated to include the path where this EXE file is located.

Hi @kclausen ,

I guess the problem was lying with the command line as we have recently come across another new command line provided by the support team and that has worked. COmmand lines mentioned in the official docs didn't work.

Thanks a lot for your help! With the help from your end and support this issue is finally resolved now.

Thanks & regards,

Sourav
