2019 R2 - Oracle Server Worksheet for Oracle Database

Hello,

We recently upgraded our DEV and BETA environments from 2018 R2 to 2019 R2.

Now when we run the Oracle Server Worksheet for Oracle Database it is showing up empty.

I'm not 100% sure our DEV/BETA environments had data in them before we did the upgrade.

I do know that our PROD environment does have data in the old Oracle Server Worksheet does have data.

We send inventories to all 3 environments daily.

Question: Is there something else that needs to be turned on to get the new Oracle Server Worksheet for Oracle Database to have data in it?

Thanks,

Jason

(1) Solution

@jaalstead :

Only Oracle Database instances that are being consumed against an Oracle Processor or Oracle Named User Plus license will appear on the Oracle Server Worksheet.

Thanks - passing it along to my Asset Management Team. Hopefully this answers their question.
